Faith Payments (“Faith Payments,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects and processes information about you as described in this Privacy Policy (this “Policy”).

Faith Payments is a partner of Echelon Payments (EPSG, LLC) (“Echelon”). In certain cases, Faith Payments may share information with Echelon and its service providers, bank partners, and processing partners to support payment processing services, merchant onboarding, underwriting, risk management, and account support. Echelon’s privacy practices are described in its Privacy Policy.

In this Policy, “Personal Information” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, references, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular individual, household, or device.

2. Applicability

This Policy applies to Personal Information collected through Faith Payments websites, forms, and communications that link to or reference this Policy.

This Policy does not apply to job applicants or Faith Payments employees.

If you interact with us on behalf of another individual or entity, you represent that your interactions comply with applicable privacy and data protection laws, including providing required notices and obtaining any required consents.

Providing certain Personal Information may be necessary for us to respond to inquiries, provide support, or help facilitate payment services through Echelon. If you decline to provide required information, it may delay or limit our ability to help.

1. Echelon and payment ecosystem partners (as applicable)
If you request payment services support, onboarding, or related assistance, we may share relevant information with Echelon (EPSG, LLC) and associated service providers, bank partners, and processing partners as needed to support your request.
2. Service providers
Vendors that help us operate our business, such as hosting, analytics, customer relationship management systems, email and communications tools, and security providers.
3. Business partners (as applicable)
When necessary to complete requested transactions or provide requested services.
4. Legal, safety, and security disclosures
When required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, property, or prevent fraud.
5. Business transfers
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, Personal Information may be shared as part of that transaction.

We do not sell Personal Information.
