You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Faith Payments and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, partners, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, causes of action, demands, losses, damages, fines, penalties, or other costs or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
